AI Partners · How it works

From your website to month six

The report, the months of work, what we need from you, and the email that says what changed.

The short version

You send your website. We look up your company in Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overview, and we email you a report. If you want the work, it is $1,250 a month: three months fixing what the report found, then more of whatever the evidence says is moving. Once a month you get one email saying what we did and what changed, and we ask you one question.

Part one · the report

Step 1

You send your website

Your website. The scan takes about two minutes, and you do not need an account. We do not change your site until you say so.

Step 2

Your jobs, your towns and your license

We read who pays you, what you sell and where you work from your site and your state license record.

If we cannot tell which jobs you want more of, we ask you that one question and wait for the answer. We never ask you what your trade is.

Step 3

We write the questions people actually ask

We write the questions for your company. We do not take them from a list for the trade. Each one names a job and a town you work in, the way a person asks: who should I hire to replace my roof in Tigard.

If we cannot pin down where you work, we leave the town questions out. We do not ask for "near me" and then call the answer local.

Step 4

We ask, and we check everything around the answer

  • The AI answers. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and Google's AI Overview wherever Google shows one. The questions most likely to name a company get asked more than once, because the same question can come back with different names.
  • Google. The map and the regular results for your jobs in your towns, and which companies are in those spots now.
  • Your site. Whether Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity can read it, how fast it loads on a phone, titles, redirects, the pages for the jobs you sell, and whether the license number is where people can see it.
  • Your Business Profile. Category, services, service area, photos and reviews.
  • Everywhere else your name shows up. Directories, the associations and manufacturer locators in your trade, local press, and the threads where people ask each other who to hire.
  • Your rivals. The companies the answers named instead of you. Once you are a client, your own list of who you lose jobs to replaces ours.

That is more than a hundred checks, rolled up into the eleven rows of the report card.

Step 5

The report, in five tabs

A page we email you.

  • Overview. A one-sentence summary, what to fix first, three things at most, and the report card.
  • The AI answers. One row each for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overview: how many answers included your company, which companies came up instead, which websites they pointed to, and the questions we asked, word for word.
  • Findings. Every problem we found, the ones to fix first at the top. Each one says why it matters, what we would do, who it affects, how you can check it yourself, and what might make the finding wrong.
  • The plan. The first ninety days, month by month, the work in each month, and the one price.
  • How search works. How Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity pick a company, what we will not sell you, and how we measure.

Part two · the work

Step 6

If you want the work

We send a payment link for the first month. Your first month starts once you have paid and we have access. What we ask for:

  • Google. Read-only access to your Search Console, and manager access to your Business Profile.
  • Your website. An account to make the changes we agree on. We never ask for your password.
  • Your rivals. The companies you actually lose jobs to.
  • Your jobs. Which work you want more of, if the report did not already settle it.
Months 1 to 3

Fix what the report found

Biggest first. Usually that means whatever is stopping Google and ChatGPT from reading your site, your Business Profile, listings that disagree with each other, and pages you do not have yet for jobs people search by name. When the first fixes are live, we send you a short note so you can go and look for yourself.

Every month

Check everything again

Every row of the report card, every month, not just the rows we are working on, alongside the steady work: reviews, a new page, a new place your name appears, and upkeep.

Months 4 to 6

More of what is working

By then there is evidence from your own business. We put the time into whatever that evidence says is moving, biggest first. Anything we checked and left alone is written down as checked, with the reason, and checked again the next month.

Once a month

One email, and one question

The email says what we did, each item something you can check yourself, what changed, what did not move, what we need from you, and what is next. Your report page is updated to match.

Then one question: how many real inquiries and booked jobs came in last month. It is the one number we cannot see on your site or in Google.

If something is waiting on you, you hear about it that day, not at the end of the month. Otherwise we stay out of your inbox. Some months nothing moved. You get that email too, with what we think the reason is and what we are changing because of it.

Part three · how we measure

How we measure, and what we will not claim

  • The same questions every month. We settle them with you at the start and keep them fixed, so this month can be compared with last month.
  • Each engine on its own. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overview are counted separately. Adding them into one score would hide the one that moved.
  • More than one run. The same question can come back with different names from one day to the next, so we ask more than once and show you the range, not one number treated as exact.
  • A mention and a link are two counts. One is whether the answer included your company name. The other is whether it linked to your site.
  • Google's figures from Google. With Search Console access we report your own impressions and clicks, and the impressions Google counts for its AI Overviews and AI Mode. Google does not report clicks from those, so neither do we.
  • What changed, not why. Answers and results move on their own. We tell you what changed. We do not claim a fix caused it unless we held a baseline and can show it.

These numbers show which way things moved, and how this month compares with the last. They are not precise enough to be the only reason you decide to spend the money. Nobody can promise you a ranking. We guarantee the work. The guarantee in full.

Stopping

You can stop any time by email. The plan ends at the close of the month you paid for, and what we already did for you is yours.
