Terms and privacy

Who we are

AI Partners, Inc., an Oregon corporation in Portland, Oregon. Reach us at hello@geopartners.ai. “You” means the business that asks us to do the work.

You accept these terms when you pay for your first month, and the person who pays confirms they can act for the business.

The price and what it covers

The monthly plan is $1,250 a month. It covers the work described on our pricing page. No setup fee and no per-item pricing. No contract: there is no minimum term. The tools and data we use to do the work are included; we do not bill them on top.

Anything you pay someone else for, such as advertising or a paid directory listing, you buy directly. We tell you what it costs first.

How payment works

You owe nothing unless you ask us to do the work.

We send you a payment link for the first month. Your first month starts once you have paid and given us access. You pay each month after that the same way, before that month’s work.

Stopping

You can stop at any time by email or phone. The plan ends at the close of the month you have paid for, and we do not charge anything more. We do not refund part of a month you have already paid for.

We can stop the service if you do not pay, or if you ask us to do something unlawful or dishonest. We tell you first. Either way, what we have already done for you is yours.

Our guarantee

If we said we would do it, we do it. If we miss, we fix it.

Each piece of work in your plan has a checklist: what we hand you, and the checks we run before we call it done. Work is finished when we hand it over and the checks have passed. If we miss anything on that list, tell us by email or phone which item, and we fix it free.

At the start of each month we email you what we will do that month and what we need from you. If we do not finish it by the end of the month, your next month costs nothing, and we finish the missed work in that month. The free month is a credit. We do not pay it out in cash.

Work that is waiting on you does not count against us. Work that is waiting on a decision from someone else, such as a directory or an association, does not count against us either. We tell you by email when that happens, what we need and the new timing.

Search rankings are the search engines’ call. AI recommendations are the AI tools’ call. We guarantee the work we do, not where Google or any AI tool places your business. Nobody can promise a ranking, a placement or a number of leads.

One client per trade, per county

While you are an active monthly client, we will not take another client in your trade in your county.

It applies only while your monthly plan is active.

Your trade and your county are the ones named in the plan you accepted. The counties are Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Clark. If we could not tell them from your website, we ask you before you start.

It ends when your monthly plan ends, whether you stop or the plan stops for non-payment.

If another monthly client already has your trade and county, we will not start a plan for you. You are next in line for that seat.

This is about who we take on. We make no promise about what other marketing firms do in your trade or county.

Your site and your accounts

We never ask for your password. You give us access to your website, your Google Business Profile and your listings, and you can remove it at any time. Removing it does not end the plan or refund the month; work that needs it waits. Nothing on your site changes until you say so.

Your materials stay yours. What we make for you, such as a page, a post or a listing description, is yours once we hand it over. Our own tools and methods stay ours.

What you give us

You confirm you have the right to the accounts, photos, logos and customer contacts you give us, and permission to contact the people on any list you hand us.

We do not write fake reviews, pay for reviews, or publish anything we know is false, and we will not do it at your request.

How we use AI

We use AI tools in our work, and a person checks what we hand you. AI can get facts wrong, so you check anything about your business, such as your license, services and service area, before it goes live.

Confidentiality

We keep what you share with us private, and use it only to do your work. The people who work with us are held to this too. This does not cover anything that is already public. The duty continues after you stop.

What we do not promise

We do the work as described. We do not promise rankings, AI answers, calls, leads or revenue.

Directories, associations and manufacturers decide their own listings, including whether to publish. We make the submissions and follow up.

Figures we report from outside sources can be delayed, estimated or incomplete, and we say which are which.

Limits

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost revenue.

Our total liability for anything to do with this service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits do not cover your obligation to pay, or anything the law does not let us limit, such as fraud or willful misconduct.

Privacy

How we handle personal and business data is in our privacy policy at ai-p.ai/privacy. We do not sell your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date and tell you by email before you pay for the month it applies to. A change never applies to a month you have already paid for. If you do not agree with it, you can stop before then.

Law and disputes

Oregon law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon. Before anything formal, call or email us; nearly everything is faster to fix by talking.
